Thank you for choosing Nuravon. We are committed to providing high-quality products and a positive customer experience. This Return & Refund Policy sets out the conditions under which returns and refunds may be accepted for purchases made through nuravon.com.
1. Limited Return Period
Nuravon accepts return requests only within 14 days of the date of delivery.
Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Customers must receive return approval and instructions from Nuravon before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
2. Strict Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be submitted within the applicable return period.
- The product must be completely unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
- All original packaging, seals, labels, accessories, manuals, and promotional materials must be included.
- The product must be free from any signs of use, wear, damage, odor, modification, or alteration.
- The customer must provide valid proof of purchase.
Any product that does not meet these requirements may be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
3. Products Not Eligible for Return
Returns are not accepted for:
- Products that have been opened, used, worn, washed, assembled, or tested beyond what is necessary to inspect the product;
- Products missing original packaging or components;
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling;
- Clearance, discounted, or final-sale items;
- Personalized or customized products;
- Products excluded from return under applicable law.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product received was incorrect or arrived defective.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned products arrive safely. Nuravon is not responsible for returns lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.
5. Return Inspection and Approval
All returned products are subject to inspection upon arrival.
A refund will only be issued after Nuravon confirms that:
- The product meets all return requirements;
- The return was approved before shipment;
- The product has not been used or damaged.
Nuravon reserves the right to refuse refunds for products that do not satisfy these conditions.
6. Refunds
If a return is approved, Nuravon will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Refunds may take up to 14 business days after approval to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping fees, expedited shipping fees, duties, taxes, and other charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Customers must notify Nuravon within 7 days of delivery if an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customers may be required to provide photographs or other evidence before a remedy is provided.
Failure to report an issue within this period may result in the return request being denied.
8. Exchanges
Nuravon does not offer exchanges.
Customers who wish to purchase a different product must complete an approved return process and place a new order.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they enter processing or fulfillment.
Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
10. Abuse Prevention
Nuravon reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or future orders where we identify suspected abuse of our return policy, including excessive returns, fraudulent claims, repeated disputes, or misuse of promotional offers.
11. Governing Law
This Return & Refund Policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute relating to this Policy shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to waive or restrict any mandatory consumer rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
