If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, Nuravon will issue an appropriate refund.

5. Subscription Terms

Nuravon may offer recurring subscription purchases through its subscription service.

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Nuravon to:

  • Charge your selected payment method automatically;
  • Process recurring payments at the frequency selected during checkout;
  • Continue billing until the subscription is cancelled.

Subscription customers agree that:

  • Subscription payments are recurring unless cancelled;
  • You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the next billing date;
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted through your account portal or by contacting contact@nuravon.com;
  • Cancellation takes effect for future billing cycles only;
  • No refunds or credits are provided for unused subscription periods unless required by applicable law.

Nuravon reserves the right to modify subscription pricing. Customers will receive advance notice of material pricing changes before the updated amount is charged.
