Thank you for shopping with Nuravon. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping procedures, delivery timelines, and responsibilities regarding orders placed through nuravon.com.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed.
Orders may be processed during weekends and public holidays. However, shipments are not dispatched and carriers do not deliver packages on weekends or public holidays.
Processing times may be longer during:
- Holidays;
- Promotional periods;
- Product launches;
- High-volume sales events.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
2. Shipping Locations
Nuravon currently ships orders to eligible locations within the United States.
We reserve the right to restrict or refuse shipment to certain locations due to legal restrictions, carrier limitations, fraud concerns, or other operational reasons.
3. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Typical delivery estimates:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping delays may occur due to factors outside of Nuravon’s control, including:
- Carrier delays;
- Weather conditions;
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information;
- Increased demand periods;
- Other unforeseen circumstances.
Nuravon is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside of our reasonable control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
From time to time, Nuravon may offer free shipping promotions or discounted shipping rates. Promotional shipping offers may be subject to additional terms and restrictions.
5. Tracking Information
When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is accurate and complete.
Nuravon is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
If tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check with household members, neighbors, or building management;
- Contact the shipping carrier directly;
- Contact Nuravon so we can assist where possible.
Nuravon is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
7. Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- Additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment;
- A refund may not be issued until the package is returned to Nuravon;
- Original shipping fees may not be refundable.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information.
8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Nuravon within 7 days of delivery at:

We will review the request and determine an appropriate resolution.
9. International Shipping
At this time, Nuravon ships only to eligible locations within the United States.
10. Changes and Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or cancelled before they enter the shipping process.
Once an order has been shipped, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
11. Governing Law
This Shipping Policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
